The Construction Laborer will assist the Site Superintendent in completing all work in a workmanlike manner to the quality set forth by the Company and the Project Manager.
Location: 2146 N Packer Rd, Springfield, MO 65803
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be punctual when arriving to work and returning from breaks or lunch
Communicate with Site Superintendent and follow directions
Work in a steady & safe pace
Ability to use hand and power tools to complete daily projects
Ability to use a measuring tape, speed square, and measuring tools
General labor to include demolition, moving materials, and job site clean up
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Other miscellaneous labor tasks as assigned
Ability to travel regionally, Monday-Friday
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Construction
Ability to read blueprints preferred
Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:
Expected to endure up to 8 hours of standing and walking on concrete or uneven ground on jobsites including ladder
Seeing: Must able to see to read and follow instructions
Hearing: Must be able to hear to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and coworkers
Sitting: Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about worksite
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products or materials
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
Condition of Employment:
Regional Travel, Monday-Friday required
Travel per diem paid at $160 a day with drive time paid
Required to demonstrate continued knowledge of this position’s current regulations and requirements
All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas

Successful candidate may need to submit to random and/or DOT drug testing throughout employment and successfully pass a background check
